1. General information

The purpose of the website “Baccharis da Propolis” (hereinafter the “Site”) of the company Laboratoires Lehning is to provide information to all of its users. Visiting the Site implies that you fully and unreservedly accept these general terms and conditions of use. These conditions may be amended at any time and without notice; we therefore recommend that you consult them regularly.

2. Intellectual property

The Site is the property of Laboratoires Lehning. The photos, slogans, brands, logos, designs and domain names are protected by the laws in force on intellectual property and belong to Laboratoires Lehning or any third party that has transferred its rights of use to Laboratoires Lehning.

Users of the Site do not acquire any right over these elements when visiting the Site. The copying and/or reproduction of any whatsoever of these elements or part of any of these elements may only be carried out for purely personal purposes, pursuant to the provisions of Article L. 122-5 of the Intellectual Property Code. Failure to comply with the provisions of this Article, such as any representation or reproduction, even partial, which could be rendered of the Site or of the elements comprising it without the prior written consent of Laboratoires Lehning, shall be unlawful and would constitute an act of counterfeit incurring the civil and criminal liabilities of the author, in particular under the provisions of Article L. 335-2 of the Intellectual Property Code relating to Counterfeiting, punishable by three years’ imprisonment and a fine of 300,000 Euros.

3. Liability

3.1. Content of the Site

Laboratoires Lehning cannot be held liable for use that is made of the Site or of the information that it contains. The information provided on the Site is purely informative in nature. Access to the Site and use thereof is carried out at the risk of users themselves. Laboratoires Lehning may not under any circumstances be held liable for any direct or indirect damage, serious or otherwise, that may derive from use of the Site, with the exception of direct damage resulting from the deliberate or serious negligence of Laboratoires Lehning. It is the responsibility of Site users to take all appropriate measures with a view to the protection of their equipment, data or IT software, in particular to guard against viruses. You acknowledge having verified that the IT configuration used does not contain any viruses and is in a perfect state of operation. Laboratoires Lehning shall make every endeavour to guarantee the accuracy, reliability and exhaustive nature of the information appearing on the Site but is unable to provide any guarantee to users in this respect.

Laboratoires Lehning undertake to comply with the provisions of the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) 2016/679. In the event that users contact the Site, Laboratoires Lehning collect personal data in the form of the user’s surname and first name, telephone number and email address. The communication of this data is compulsory for transferring questions or comments to Laboratoires Lehning. This data undergoes a procedure the purpose of which is to process messages sent by users, and it is destined for the attention of the marketing and communication services of Laboratoires Lehning and the subcontractors in charge of managing and running the Site. For this purpose, Laboratoires Lehning may be required to share or transfer the data collected with the companies of its group and its subcontractors, subject to obligations of confidentiality and security equivalent to those of the Company.
